A twenty-seat room on Cross Street doing one thing properly: sourdough pizza from a wood oven, and not a great deal else.
Our story
Rosetta started as a Saturday stall with a borrowed oven and a queue that got embarrassing. We took the lease on Cross Street in 2016 and kept the same dough recipe, the same short menu, and the same rule: if we can't make it well, it doesn't go on.
